I'm a former dancer turned busy mom of 2 boys with a passion for fitness. I know that it can be so hard to try to find the time to take care of yourself when you are taking care of everyone else. So I designed an athletic style yoga program that combines yoga, powerful isometric work of barre and stretching with the cardiovascular benefits of LIIT (low intensity interval training) to sculpt your muscles, tone that body and burn those calories!
