Hi, I’m Taryn

RYT® 200, Certified Barre Fitness Trainer, 

and Creator of The Yoga Athlete Program.

I'm a former dancer turned busy mom of 2 boys with a passion for fitness. I designed a program that combines vinyasa yoga with powerful isometric work and stretching with the cardiovascular benefits of LIIT (low intensity interval training) to sculpt your muscles, tone that body and burn those calories!
